Have you brought a new original cartridge for it? Because sometimes, refill and duplicate ink cartridges act like this.

If the cartridges are original and new then follow the following process.

    Steps

    1. Pull up the ink cartridges back that you have just installed.
    2. Turn off your printer.
    3. Then unplug all the cables from back of the printer.
    4. Press + hold the power button of the printer for 20 seconds.
    5. Plug all the cables and then turn on the printer.
    6. Now, install the ink cartridges once again.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Thanks

    • Select the “Settings”
    • Click on “View Advanced settings.”
    • Block Pop ups. From here, you can turn off or on the pop up blocker.

The server service uses “srvsvc.dll” file. And Workstation service uses “wkssvc.dll” file to run.

It is possible that the “.dll” files have got corrupted. Or “Server / Workstation” service’s settings have changed.

We advise you to please replace these two files & registry with the default one.

Here we are giving you the default .dll files, and default registry files.

    Default Registry Files

Download these files and do double-click on them to merge them to registry one by one.

    • Default “Server” Service – Download
    • Default “Workstation” Service  – Download

    Default “.dll” files

Download these files and copy / paste to “C:\Windows\System32”. Replace them if asked. Do it in safe mode if it doesn’t replace properlly.

Please reply if need more help.
