    If this trick doesn’t work then you have to remove your printer driver completely (Manual removal) from your system files, driver’s folder, print server and from registry as well. Then reboot your computer and then reinstall the fresh driver again. But make sure driver should be uninstall and removed all the traces from computer. Please let us know if need my assistance with this, we’ll give you complete procedure f don’t know how to do.

    For this particular issue you need to remove unwanted Policies from google settings “chrome://policy

    Here are we provide step by step guide to remove policies from chrome manually:

    Remove all the keys from from following locations.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Google
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Mozilla\
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Google\
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Mozilla\

    Remove all the folders from following locations.

    C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy\Machine\
    C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicyusers\
    C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy\User\

    You need to uninstall “Printing support” from device manager under USB section. And then unplug and plug the USB cable of the printer from computer. it will automatically install the printing support. This trick should work on this case. If it doesn’t then uninstall the printer driver driver completely from computer and install it again with right driver.

    Its really very annoying and we researched on it to find a possible reason, but without facing the actual problem it is not easy to solve that. But as we researched we can give you some suggestions to fix this issue.

    As all scanning tools showing your system clean, So the only possible reason is that there could be some configuration in your system. To fix this please follow these steps.

    1. Use the CCleaner to clean all your system from junks or you can also use the Malwarebytes Junkware Removal Tool. Both are free tools.
    2. The possibility is higher that your OS is not updated. So if it is not then please Run Windows Update. (Some times it happened that newer release of the software get incompatible with older or non updated windows).
    3. Then try to Reinstall Norton Again.

    Hopefully it will solve your issue.

    It is possible that you are getting Popup ads due to some adware installed on your computer. Normally Antivirus are not able to block the adware as some of them are even legitimate programs. We can also call them Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUP). We advised you to scan your computer with a Good Adware Removal Tools and Malware Scanner.

If it doesn’t solve after that then let us know more detail about this: What was your previous screen resolution? Which screen resolution you had changed it to? What exactly happens when you double-click on an exe file? Please give more detail about the issue so that we can help in a right way.
