You can try power drain your laptop once if it will start working again, otherwise it could be a hardware issue.
- Unplug all the cables from your laptop.
- take off the battery as well.
- Now push and hold the power button of your laptop 30 secdons and release it after 30 seconds.
- Now, plug all the cables and turn it on your laptop.
