When I click on the icon on my desktop to scan its stops working after updating definitions. I’ve even tried reinstalling the program and I get the same results. It has been working up until this point.

It is the first time that we hear particular this type of problem in our ART tool.
Please follow the following two steps.
1. Right-click on our ART icon and choose “Run as administrator.”
2. Boot your computer in “Safe mode with networking” mode and then run our ART tool in there.
