KeymasterI have experienced this issue and found that there is a problem with your Windows 10 USB drive. Maybe it was not created properly. Eventually, we suggest that you recreate your Windows 10 bootable USB from its official website using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool.
Also, make sure that you are connecting this Windows 10 bootable USB to USB 2.0 port only. If you connect it to USB 3.0 then make sure the USB 3.0’s driver is installed on your computer. Hence we recommend that you use USB 2.0 port. If you don’t know the difference between the both of the ports then please see this video tutorial that we’ll help you derrenciate.
June 25, 2020 at 7:45 pm in reply to: Is it possible to upgrade Windows 10 32 bit to 64 bit without reinstalling? #25144Techexpert
KeymasterNo, unfortunately upgrading from 32bit to 64bit directly is not possible without reinstalling Windows. Eventually, you’ll have to take backup of your data and then reinstall it to 64bit Windows. This would be the best suggestion from my side.

KeymasterI did not get any response from your side. It is very hard to fix the issue without checking the scan logs. Anyway, we have just updated our adware database, so we request you to please re-run our ART tool again. If it doesn’t work this time then try following the steps below:
Manual Steps:
- Remove safefinder from the Extension area.
- Change your browser’s homepage to google.com.
- Uninstall any unwanted programs from the control panel.
- Remove any unwanted programs from the computer startup or task scheduler.
If it doesn’t work this time either, then we suggest that you run the following tool’s scan:
1. AdwCleaner (Adware Remover)
2. Zemana (Adware Remover & Protection Sheild)
3. HitmanPro (Adware + Malware Removal and protection shield)
Please let us know it doesn’t work.
June 15, 2020 at 6:11 am in reply to: A strange transparent square box on my desktop wallpaper #25052Techexpert
KeymasterIt is really strange. It seems like a problem with the PC graphics. There might be three possibilities that could be there.
1) Any application software’s flash screen remains in the graphics. It could be fixed after restarting the PC. Update or reinstall your graphic drivers.
2) Some Windows 10 users reported that they have seen some desktop icon background color issues after updating their Windows. The solution is, wait for the next update.
3) Sometimes the desktop.ini file gets corrupted. To fix this issue, delete desktop.ini (system file) and then reboot your computer to recreate this file automatically. Usually the desktop.ini file is hidden as it is a system file, you may unhide it by turning off the option “Hide protected operating system files” option from the folder option.

KeymasterWe are still waiting for your reply. Without scan logs we can’t diagnose the issue.

KeymasterIf you are planning to downgrade the Windows 10 feature update to the older one, be sure that there is a 10 day time limit to get that option, afterwards you won’t be able to downgrade. I just want to make sure that.
Techexpert
KeymasterSome people are reporting the same issue after updating their Windows 10 to the latest version (2004 – may 2020) . I’d suggest you to please wait for its patch or you may go to downgrade updates until they fix this issue in their new update.
