    Is it possible to upgrade my 32bit Windows 10 to 64 bit without reinstalling my Windows?

    No, unfortunately upgrading from 32bit to 64bit directly is not possible without reinstalling Windows. Eventually, you’ll have to take backup of your data and then reinstall it to 64bit Windows. This would be the best suggestion from my side.
