1) Could you please try one thing before going to the further steps, do login into the bank portal through Google Chrome / Firefox and then try to print the passbook from there. Let us know if it is printed or not.
2) If the above step doesn’t work for you, then RESET Internet Explorer to its default settings.
3) Make sure the latest JAVA version is installed on your computer. Update it if it is outdated.
4) Make sure the printer is connected properly and turn it on. Try power drain the printer to fix its malfunction issues.
4) If the above steps don’t work, then finally reinstall your printer from scratch.
