Windows XP. Ran the tool no problem but still cannot add printer and get same error message “Operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running”
For this particular issue, our tool can’t work becasue it is driver conflicting issue. You have to follow the manual procedure to fix this issue. We are sharing with you an article which will help you to fix this issue. Thanks
