    Maybe some .dll files could find in your computer, it may be vary OS to OS. So you just need to skip it and go further steps.

    Hi,

    Windows Defender is not very powerful. We recommend you to use a paid antivirus which have firewall and web protection feature included with it. Like: Norton, AVG, Mcafee, Quick Heal etc.

    Step1: Do remove all the unwanted softwares from computer

    Step2: Run Ccleaner or TFC to remove junk files. You can download these from our tools page: http://www.techsupportall.com/tools

    Step3: After that take backup of your download & documents folder from C: to another drive. Here is some path where all these folders are located.
    C:\Users\User(Your user name)\Downloads
    C:\Users\User(Your user name)\Documents
    C:\Users\User(Your user name)\Desktop
    After backup, do remove all the unwanted files & folder from there.

    You can stop this using turn off windows update feature. To turn off windows udpate feature, you need to stop and then disable following services manully: “Windows Update” and “Delivery Optimization”

    Yes, you can reset your chrome browser, it will be solve this issue.

    To reset chrome, type this URL (chrome://settings/resetProfileSettings?origin=userclick) in address bar, you’ll get reset button, push it.

    Or go to option menu and click on settings and then expand the advanced mode and scroll down to the bottom, there you’ll get reset button.

    We recommend you some tools below, please run a scan of each them and then let us know the result.

    Advanced Steps:
    1. Uninstall all the unwanted & unknown programs from control panel which you may got installed recently. You can click on “installed on” section in control panel –> “uninstall programs” to filter this list by the date. You can use REVO Uninstaller Tool  if you face any problem while uninstalling any program. (Note: you can skip that step if you don’t see any unwanted / unknown program).
    2. Download & Run our tool (Adware Removal Tool by TSA). Click here to download “Adware Removal Tool by TSA“.
    3. Download & Run a scan with an anti-adware (Adwcleaner). Click here to download “Adwcleaner.exe“.

    There are lots of reason behind that. We’ll highlight all we know but you have to find out the main reason behind that.

    1. The network copy speed depands on “File System (NTFS or FAT).” Maybe vary if you copy from ntfs to fat.
    2. The network copy speed also depands on network cable. Make sure it is properly connected and “CAT6” type cable. Also make sure its connection points not rusted.
