    After update windows 10 is downloading apps / games automatically without permission in the background. How can I stop it. And why Microsoft is doing this?

    You can stop this using turn off windows update feature. To turn off windows udpate feature, you need to stop and then disable following services manully: “Windows Update” and “Delivery Optimization”

    I think there is no option to stop the windows updates in Windows 10
