    You can easily remove quick heal antivirus using the quick heal removal tool. It will remove quick heal from computer’s hard drive, system registry, startup entries.

    Windows 10 preview pane should not act like this. If the preview pane is the problem, then you can easily disable it by follow the below steps:

    • Open FileExplorer.
    • Click on View Tab.
    • Click on Preview Pane and then click on Hide. Click here to know more about how to disable Preview Pane.

    Might be a possibility that your Windows 10 is not updated properly. So after disable preview pane, we recommend you to update your windows 10 to get your Widnows stable.

    Recently Microsoft released a new update which has a printer related bug in it. even through, they have released its patch as well. To fix this issue, follow the following steps:

    1) Update your Windows until you get that Microsoft patch.

    2) Uninstall the most recent Windows update to get your printer working again with previous settings.

    3) If the above steps don’t work for you, then you’ll have to re-install the printer driver to fix this issue. It may be possible that Windows 10 has been updated successfully but Konica Minolta drivers could not update properly. Download the latest driver from Konica Minolta official website and re-install it on your computer.

    Could you please provide Adwcleaner, Avira, & Adware Removal tool scan logs so that we can check them once. While time you may use Zemana removal tool if it could fix PUP.optional.legacy problem.

    TSA tool couldn’t be done like this. Please provide both of the tool’s scan logs so that we can check them thoroughly how and what they have deleted. After that we can say anything about it. You may also upload the scan logs at info@techsupportall.com directly.

    Make sure your computer is detecting your printer. If it doesn’t detect then switch the USB port where your printer is connected to the printer. User device manager to check detection of any device. After switch the port re-install the printer again.
