    Its simple wayne. Just uninstall the new edge and will automatically restore the old one.

    You can uninstall it simply from the add & remove programs. Or (1) just search in the search bar with word ‘edge’ (2) right click on the program and click uninstall.

    1) Please make sure that night light feature is not enabled.

    2) In my dell 5567 there is an option in Bios as well to set the brightness. You can try to set the brightness from there.

    I have resolved the same issue by downloading  the ‘auto-detect and install utility’ by AMD. You can download it from here https://www.amd.com/en/support. It automatically installed the latest adrenaline 2020 edition driver for Radon Graphics.

    Hopefully it will work otherwise you can try uninstalling first and then reinstalling the driver by downloading it manually.

    I really didn’t know about the 10 days limit. But why Microsoft limited it for 10 days?

    Its great that someone did great job for you. But I noticed that you have mentioned case ID in the title. So it seems some one had worked on your issue. But actually we are not providing any technical support. So I doubt who did work for you. Can you please send some more info about this case ID. We are trying to know, if is there any other persons who is providing services using our name.

    You can do this easily. Visit how to cancel subscription of avg AVG have described here how you can cancel your subscription before its renewal. And if subscription has been renewed automatically you still have the option to get the refund, if you contact them within 30 days.

    Actually this issue was in April 2018 windows 10 update. It was a known issue and Microsoft fixed it the later releases. So it should be fixed after updating Windows 10 to the latest updates. Let us know if update unable to fix your issue.
