    I have not hear about it that Google lock password for any purpose. There should be some reason or may it is not the google. Can you please elaborate the issue or can share a screenshot to know the exact message that you are getting?

    It seems to be an issue with your network settings. are you using Wifi or the networked cable? Have tried restarting your PC and running network diagnostic tool.
