As I checked Norton safe search is also not showing any problem and is showing a green Ok which means it is safe to use.

Basically Google does not indicate that it is unsafe. I think there is some plugin / add installed in your browser is giving some suggestion for you. If you can provide any screenshot then we can answer properly.

I have not hear about it that Google lock password for any purpose. There should be some reason or may it is not the google. Can you please elaborate the issue or can share a screenshot to know the exact message that you are getting?

It seems to be an issue with your network settings. are you using Wifi or the networked cable? Have tried restarting your PC and running network diagnostic tool.

For windows 10. You can download the media creation tool from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10
And then select the iso image option. Refer this post (method 2) to create an iso image of the Windows 10. Hope this will work for you.
