Method 2: Use Revo uninstaller tool to remove Quick Heal
There is an uninstaller tool (Revo) which will remove the stubborn software from the computer. This will remove the leftover component from folders, files and from system registry as well.

Method 3: Manual steps to remove Quick Heal products
If the quick heal removal tool doesn’t work for you and Revo unisntaller also did not work, then only one option remains which is “remove it manually.” Follow the following steps to remove quick heal manually from your computer.
- Click on start button then go to control panel.
- Go to “Add or remove programs” or “uninstall a program“.
- Select quick heal and then click on uninstall button.
- Click on Yes.
- Click on the checkbox of “Remove quick heal completely“.
- Now, it will ask you to reboot the computer. Please reboot it once.
Follow the quick heal official knowledge base to uninstall steps.
If this usual method doesn’t work for then try to remove it from system registry as well.
- Click on Start >> Run then try regedit and click on OK. System registry will open up.
- Navigate the following registry locations and remove all the Quick Heal entries from everywhere.

like pdf,word,excel files and some software shortcuts, and one software was uninstalled but i was found some files in recycle bin but not all files
The Quickheal removal tool should not delete these types of files from your desktop. I think you have a misunderstanding. This might have been done by someone else like virus, malware etc. Make sure there is no virus on your computer. Scan your computer with a good antivirus. Quick heal removal tool doesn’t reset the trial period if you have already exhausted it. Eventually, you have to purchase the quick heal if you want to use it.

Sorry to say but we do not have any solution for this particular problem yet. But you can try, first uninstall it properly using its own removal tool (Quick Heal Removal Tool) and then try to reinstall it again.
