        1. Thanks for providing the information.

It seems like having a hardware issue in your keyboard/battery, but we are still trying to diagnose it whether the problem in hardware or software.

          1) Run the keyboard troubleshooter to fix the common keyboard’s issues automatically in windows 10. Click on start button ⇾ settings ⇾ update & security ⇾ troubleshooter → keyboard, click on “keyboard” to start the keyboard troubleshooter. Follow its on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

          2) To diagnose software/hardware issue, please uninstall the keyboard’s driver from the device manager. Do right-click on “This PC” ⇾ manage ⇾ device manager ⇾ double-click on keyboard ⇾ right-click on keyboards listed under “keyboard” and click on uninstall. After that, your keyboard will stop working. Don’t worry, it will start working again. Now, open the notepad and check the issue is solved or not. Don’t close the device manager while you are rechecking the problem is solved or not.

Please let us know the result of the above steps.
We are looking forward to your reply.
