This may occurs only due to registry infected by virus.

Hey there, thanks for the tip…I was able to find malwares but the issue didnt fix……..Once I restored to past date on whcih issue didnt paaoen in Windis…the issue got fixed…

Actually, @bibin talking about the computer restore. You can restore your computer to back date. Please follow the below steps to restore.
Windows Vista and 7 users
1. Click Start
2. In the Start search box type System Restore and press enter.
Windows XP users
1. Click Start
2. Click Programs, and then Accessories
3. Click System Tools and open System Restore

start task manager ang end a process named topengine
this will solve the problem
but on restart the problem will still be there
so everytime u restart ur pc u will have to end the process topengine
Thanks Shubham, If this can solve the problem then I recommend you to disable the “topengine” program from start-up of your computer. Then it will not start automatically itself on computer restart. You can use Ccleaner tool to disable it from start-up. Ccleaner has the start-up items viewer. You can disable the items from there. Please try. click here to download ccleaner.
