    Hey there, thanks for the tip…I was able to find malwares but the issue didnt fix……..Once I restored to past date on whcih issue didnt paaoen in Windis…the issue got fixed…

      Windows Vista and 7 users

      1. Click Start
      2. In the Start search box type System Restore and press enter.

    a temporary method
    start task manager ang end a process named topengine
    this will solve the problem
    but on restart the problem will still be there
    so everytime u restart ur pc u will have to end the process topengine

      Thanks Shubham, If this can solve the problem then I recommend you to disable the “topengine” program from start-up of your computer. Then it will not start automatically itself on computer restart. You can use Ccleaner tool to disable it from start-up. Ccleaner has the start-up items viewer. You can disable the items from there.
