    How to fix this ” The printer driver and/utilities cannot be installed for windows system”. I am using windows 8 and my model printer is Epson L120. It is really annoyed me. Please help me with this.

    May be you are trying to install some different printer driver or for the different OS.

    You can search here http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/SuppProductSearch.jsp

    Please change the region from upper corner as it shows the model sold in a particular region.

    try to add printer and to browse the printer driver from the same wizard “have disk” option and i think it will install directly with you..

    If the driver installation wizard keep failing, then you have to install this printer through manual installation method. To install printer manually, please follow the dedicated page’s step by step instruction.
