Can’t login or connect to secured Web sites. It doesn’t openwhen I try to open banking or email websites. Please help me how do i fix that?

- Re-register following dll files
- Click on Start button and go to Run (Press and Hold windows key + press once R key)
- Copy the following one line and paste it into run box one by one and press enter
- Register all the dll files as same.

- Check Security settings under trusted sites zone in internet explorer
- Open Internet explorer and click on Tools menu and go to Internet option, then expand Security tab
- Tool menu >> Internet Option >> Security Tab >> Click on trusted Sites >> and then click on default level
- Add Secured website as your trusted website, under security tab click on trusted sites and then Sites button will be activated click on that add button your website what do you want.
- then do apply and OK to get effect the changed.
- Check the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) slate.
- Open Internet explorer and click on Tools menu and go to Internet option, then choose Content tab.
- Tool menu >> Internet Option >> content Tab >> Click on Clear SSL State
- You will get a message that the SSL cache was cleared Successfully, click on OK
- Check that Internet Explorer set as default to use both SSL state >> SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0
- Open Internet explorer and click on Tools menu and go to Internet option, then expand advanced tab
- Tool menu >> Internet Option >> Advanced Tab >> then Under security >> SSL2.0 and SSL3.0 both should be checked. (If those were not checked so please make them checked and click on OK.
- Check your computer date and time.
- Check your date and time because it might a possibility if date and time are not correct. Correct your date and time
- Click on Start and go to control panel and find the tool name as DATE & TIME, and Set your current time

I have been having this problem with IE9 and a https site. Noticed in the above screen shots that TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 not checked. Both of mine were.Unchecked both and problem solved.Checked TLS1.1 still OK. Checked TLS1.2 and site became blocked. Unchecked and site became active again. Well you live and learn.
Same to me… the blocked https sites in IE11 were allowed ONLY when I UNchecked the TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 options of IE11.
When RESET the IE settings, etc, the become enabled again… This 2 options MUST be disabled!
My PC connected to an administrator at my office. I am unable to open social networking sites and some stuff. It was blocked and access is denied.

What if I can’t register dll files on my laptop?
Hi! I have the same problem, but I think the network connection might be at fault because I’m facing the same problem on different computers. I also tried changing the firewall settings, the date and time on the pc and several other methods. But nothing seems to work. :'(
I tried this method as well, but for some of the dll files it says that ‘the module failed to load’.
Hi, may it is not relative but in our enviroment, this error was caused by SAP Single sing on process). Solution: terminate process sbus.exe and that is it is fixed.

regsvr32 dll bits fixed this issue on Win7 after migrating a user profile to a domain profile.
The problem affected https ssl secure sites on both Chrome and IE
Not all dll’s exist on win7, but method still works.
IF THE SYSTEM DATE IS CORRECT THEN…..JUST UNINSTALL YOUR ANTIVIRUS [COMPLETELY] AND RESTART YOUR COMPUTER……….THAT’S IT…. YOU CAN NOW ACCESS ALL THE HTTPS (SECURED INTERNET : YOUTUBE. GOOGLE, WEBSITES)
Please explain which antivirus you had to uninstall which was cause of this problem, so that other users can get the exact solution of this problem.
try turning off SSL 2.0 in Internet Options advanced and turning on SSL 3.0 – worked for me

I’ve checked all the suggestions above, still not working. I can access some https sites like wellsfargo.com but not others like mybankcsb.com or smartmetertexas.com.
I’m on a laptop with windows 10.
I used to be able to access these sites, not sure what automatic update broke this but I have done the following:
cleared SSL
regsvr32 on DLL files listed
checked system time
checked SSL and TLS settings. only have SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.2 checked
(I don’t have an SSL 2.0 line to check in advanced – security, only a line for SSL 3.0)
added websites to trusted sites
In which browser do you have this problem?
having the problem in all of these – Microsoft edge, internet explorer, chrome and Firefox
also using windows defender, Super AntiSpyWare Pro and Malware Bytes Anti-Malware.
Did you tried all these steps which is given in this page above?
yes, I tried all the steps above as well as steps below:
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
and restart computer
any additional ideas would be greatly appreciate.
also if there is any way to trace internal messaging to see if I’m sending out the right info, timing out or something else.

Are all the HTTPS’s sites not working? I think it is related to DNS. Try to change your dns to normal, maybe this will help.
my problem was a bad sector in the hard drive.

go to: internet option\advenced
then scroll down to see these items:
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2
click them (make checked)
alert!!! do not leave them unchecked!
now click apply and click OK.
now is better to make an restart your system!
I test it wihtout restart and it works GOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!
open IE and enter an HTTPS address! it must be OK!
