Create a NEW user profile account on your windows 10 computer then reboot your computer and then login into New user profile account.

  6. Enter a user name to create an new account.

    I have solved the problem by deleting all the content of windows\system32\spool\drivers\W32X86 or x64 folder

    Then restart the machine and reinstall the printersoftware and other related software.

    All problems solved.
