    Don’t you worry. Browser_broker is a legit process.

    It is an executable file which is a part of your web browser. We do not need to delete or remove the file unless it is affected by a virus or malware.

    Please reply with more information in case you’re facing any issue with the web browser.

    Hi Philip,

    According to Microsoft, you are infected by browser modifier which is a member of the Win32/SupTab family. It installs add-ons or extensions to your Internet browser without your permission. It also and modifies your search settings.

    Usually, this threat bypasses the normal prompts or dialogs that ask for your consent to install browser extensions, toolbars, or add-ons into the Internet Explorer and Google Chrome web browsers.

    It also modifies browser shortcut files. When launched using these modified shortcuts, the browsers open certain websites that you may not intend to visit.

    I suggest scanning your computer with a proven antimalware solution like MalwareFox to get rid of it.
