I found this process browser_broker.exe running in windows 10. Please explain what is this? Is it a virus or a legitimate windows service. What program or service belongs to this process?

Don’t you worry. Browser_broker is a legit process.
It is an executable file which is a part of your web browser. We do not need to delete or remove the file unless it is affected by a virus or malware.
Please reply with more information in case you’re facing any issue with the web browser.
