No,  the password was set in 2016…🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️.

The uninstalling tool would not remove it completely, showing just a plain message saying that there was an error removing it.

I had to bring the pc back to a previous restore pointto have it working.

I will try with your precious tips in about 16 days time, and will let you know.

It was a paid version, going to expire soon.

Ii have windows 8.1

I’ve tried to uninstall it in the easy way and also with its tool, but I get errors. And at a certain point I’m asked for a password which I don’t absolutely remember.
Can I act through the registry or through a script?
