    All of these are installed and were working last night, shut down the  computer normally and when I turn it on this morning I had no sound or video, have not tried to print today.  Any  suggestions !!!!

    Maybe your computer’s windows were not loading up properly. So we recommend you to please reboot your computer once, then reply us back if the issue still persists.

    Make sure you are running your computer in normal mode instead of safe mode, because device driver doesn’t load in safe mode.

    Hi

    I have rebooted this computer numerous time, I am at the point were it no longer boots at all, this is what I get Bad system CONFIG INFO www Windows.com Stop code.  This was a hand me down computer from my daughter, I took it to Best Buy and had it upgraded to Windows 10 and added memory.  Seems like everytime I reboot I get another issue. I also have received these othe erroer, Error code Oxc 0000185 and Failure Code GGEEE64-7H795N-9XMNNK-61CD03 and Product ID F3D46AA#ABA.  I ave taken the Drive out and connected it to another computer and most of the decktop file are gone.

    All these errors are signs of windows files gone corrupted. You have only two option fix this. Either perform “Windows Restore” back to the good working date or repair your windows with the help of Windows 10 installation disc otherwise you have to do the hard reset this PC.

    Did all of that, was only trying to save File’s Music and video’s that were on it, I was finally able to retrieve some of it, better then none,  I was finally able to reformat the drive with a free online program. and am moving on with my loss.  Thanks for all your help when I had it updated to Windows 10 I did not receive a win 10 disc, Wish I would have and at this time don’t have the money to purchase. Thanks again for the help.

    You can save your all the files using parallel windows installation. Anyway, you did reformat the drive and saved some useful files. Anyway, you may contact us again for any help related to computer issues.
