I want to start the skype automatically each time when windows start, but it is not working. I already did the following steps:

1. In skype from general ->settings turned on the options : 1) Launch skype in the background 2) On close, keep skype running.
2. In windows startup programs turned on the Skype programs to start at startup.

But still it is not working. When I restart the computer each time I found the Skype disabled from the startup programs.

I have Norton Security & Malwarebytes premium version installed on the system, so please don’t advice to scan for malware etc.
