I have  two epson printers, one a 1400, one a ET 2720.

All of a sudden when I print photos on both printers I’m getting horizontal lines in the photos. Printed documents are fine. I have done deep cleaning, cleaned nozzels and heads, and did alignments with no change. I have tried printing the photos from different programs with no change. I have no clue what to do next . I need a photo of my deceased husband that my son wants to set up at his wedding.

Any suggestions please?

It seems that your printer’s printhead is gone faulty. You’ll have to get it replaced. Try to print photos with the highest quality settings, it should be print fine.
