    and when i click printer properties suddenly it crashes, using acrobat 11, i have no problem with excel word and rest all. suggest help.

    Hi Amit! What sort of printer do you have?

    I the printer connected via USB, WiFi or IP adress?

    You might have a corrupt installation of Acrobat.
