Cannot access laptop computer because password is not recognized. Keeps telling me that I have to reset password but after resetting it still tells me that password is wrong.
Please answer the following questions:
- Have you successfully reset your password?
- Have you reset your password by confirming it through email?
Apply these suggestions:
- Make sure your Keyboard is working fine.
- Make sure the num-lock key is not pressed.
- Make sure the caps-lock key is not pressed
- Use the Windows on-screen keyboard to make sure that keyboard is not faulty.
Please get back to me if you are still having trouble with it.
