Hello, my name is Leonard Djamson and I lost two Apple iphones 10 XS max and iphone 5s I have all the boxes and T-mobile store in Reston erased my 10 XS max SIM chip/card then sold a new one to me. So now when call my number then if the phone which has the new chip inserted receive my calls. May I which option I have to put the erased chip number back so the PinPoint lost phone can turn my phone power on with or without the chip then launch a 48 – hour call to direct the one with my phones to my residence. T-mobile and Apple store claim they have exhausted all their chances.
