    Hi

    I’m trying to run Adware Removal Tool 4.1 but it hangs trying to access a RegEdit entry that I can’t find using regedit.exe. I also tried to clean the regedit but Adware Removal Tool continues to hang.

    Hi, Thank you for contacting us about this matter.

    Could you please share with us the path which is under “status section” while it is hanging up. It is really more helpful for us if you could share with us the screenshot where our software hangs up.
