  2. Run the downloaded driver setup file and click on the ‘Next’ button in the Welcome screen.

  3. In the License Agreement screen, choose the ‘I accept the terms in the license agreement’ option, then click on the ‘Next’ button.

Solution 2 to fix 0x80070103 Error

In order to fix Realtek driver install error 0x80070103 in Windows 11 you will have to use Show or Hide Updates troubleshooter application. This is an app released by the Microsoft and I will be providing its free download link. Follow the steps given below to complete this task:

  1. Click on this link to download Show or Hide Updates troubleshooter.
  2. Run the Show or Hide Updates troubleshooter, then click on the ‘Next’ button to proceed.

  5. You will see a list of updates which can be hidden by using this troubleshooter. Now, I don’t have Realtek semiconductor driver in the list, but if your Windows is showing this error, then you will see Realtek semiconductor driver in the list. As an example, I have selected a random entry in the list, but you need to select the Realtek semiconductor driver  option. Finally, click on the ‘Next’ button.

  6. Wait for the troubleshooter to resolve this problem.

  7. When you see that the troubleshooting has completed, then click on the ‘Close’ button to close the troubleshooter.

  8. Now restart your computer.
