  • Printer Issue

    I have just replaced by black cartridge in my HP Office Jet Pro 7700.  It is still reading an error telling me that it is depleted and must be replaced.  HELP!!

    Have you brought a new original cartridge for it? Because sometimes, refill and duplicate ink cartridges act like this.

    If the cartridges are original and new then follow the following process.

    Steps

    1. Pull up the ink cartridges back that you have just installed.
    2. Turn off your printer.
    3. Then unplug all the cables from back of the printer.
    4. Press + hold the power button of the printer for 20 seconds.
    5. Plug all the cables and then turn on the printer.
    6. Now, install the ink cartridges once again.
