I have a laptop that I was able to keep when I left my prior company. It's been a few years and now my Windows version is wanting to upgrade but cannot because of the OfficeScan client app, which requires a password to uninstall. I do not obviously have the administrator password for the app. I cannot log into the Trend Micro support site because I don't have the product activation code. Any suggestions on how I can fix this without wiping the computer clean completely?
