  • TRYING TO REMOVE PUP VIRUS

    Hello,

I’ve run adware, malware bytes, uninstalled google chrome, deleted users/appdata/local folder, anything that had “google” in the folder. Ran Malware bytes again, found no virus. As soon as I re-installed Google Chrome again, the virus comes back! Any ideas on what I can do, please?

It happened  to you because when you re-installed Google Chrome, it did synchronize with your Google account which is situated on google’s server. In this case, we suggest you to please remove all the unwanted & unknown extensions from your google chrome and wait for few minutes so that it will sync with your google chrome’s online account.

Please let us know if it doesn’t work.
