Migrating old HP AMD machine from Raid 0 to SSD

Hi, I have an 2011 HP-560z computer with AMD processor running Windows 10 (upgraded from Win 7 several years ago). Currently I think of my disks has bad clusters and therefore I think is the root cause of the system not booting. I have tried many options trying to repair it. I think what I will do is to backup the Raid 0 array into an external drive. I would like to replace the two disks with a SSD but I think I would need to do some changes to the BIOS to go from RAID to AHCI. Need to guidance on proper way to do the transition. Also, currently the system does not boot. Once I reinstall Win10 it will ask me for a key. How do you retrieve it?
