please help me i bought a lap top from someone but when i want to install any app is saying error5 access denied it want me to be administrator how can i remove this admin ??? and i did download your app that can help me to remove this admin but when i tried to install is saying "unhandled error occured please click continue but nothing change what can i do please i need your help
