Solved Answer

This is not the Microsoft office problem, that is the problem of some printer driver Dll files, system has missed the file and when you try to print then system does find out the file. you have to get it some dll file manually. Please follow the steps to find out the problem.

Steps

1. First of all Run these Micrsoft Fixit’s

2. Copy the printer driver files to the System32 folder

  • If you using 32bits computer please open following path
    • C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\W32X86\3
  • If you using 64bits computer please open following path
    • C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\X64\3

3. Copy  all these files one by one which have listed below and paste those to C:\Windows\System32, Right-click the System32 folder, and then click Paste.

Copy each and every printer driver file includes a file name that looks like the following:

  • dl**prpr.dlll
  • lx**prpr.dll
  • lx**prpb.dll
  • dl**prpb.dll

Note ** is often a two-letter situation that’s belonging to the printer.

Update the Path environment variable to include the printer driver folder

Click on Start, click on Control Panel, click on Performance and Maintenance, and after that click System.
Click on this Advanced tab.
Click on Environment Variables.
Beneath System variables, click on the Path variable, and after that click on Edit.
Push END (by keyboard) to go the pointer for the end in the path.
Type the semicolon (;), and after that type this path on the printer driver file.
For a pc that’s running a 32-bit Microsoft Windows, type the examples below default path:

  •  C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\W32X86\3

For a pc that’s running a 64-bit Windows, type the examples below default path:

  • C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\X64\3

As an example, as soon as you up-date the Path variable on the computer that’s running a 32-bit Windows, the path would look like the examples below:
%SystemRoot%\System32;%systemroot%;C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\W32X86\3
Click on OK to close the Edit System Variable.
Click on OK to close the Environment Variables.
Click on OK to close the System Properties.

It’s Done now, Please restart the computer to take effects.
